Fiscal Polices and Procedures Manual
The SWREC has prepared a Fiscal Policies and Procedures Manual for use by member districts. The New Mexico General Government Administration State Procurement Code Regulations are found in Title 1, Chapter 4, Part 1 of the New Mexico Administrative Code.
