Grant Services

As part of our commitment to support education, we want to partner with you in finding and securing additional funds to improve the quality of services to students. As federal funding becomes more difficult to predict and is increasingly insufficient at providing an exemplary education for our students, we are forced to either cut costs (which many of us have already done) or find additional sources of school income. One way we can supplement our funding is to find other federal and private endowments and grants to supplement what we receive from tax revenues. We at Southwest can help you effectively apply for and track grant opportunities to increase your operating budget and provide for student achievement.

Grant Writing

New Mexico schools need additional funding in the form of state, federal, and private grants to achieve an exemplary education for their students. SWREC will pursue these grants, at the direction of its member districts, applying for and writing winning proposals that can add thousands of dollars to tight operational budgets and increase student access and achievement to high quality educational materials.
