Professional Development

We are striving to provide a continuum of professional development that addresses individual district needs to align with state and federal requirements for highly qualified personnel. This includes training and assistance for teachers, students, and staff in areas of technology and curriculum integration, Microsoft Office 365 features, and other various educational technology applications for instructional utilization.

Hardware & Software Needs

SWREC can assist districts with maintenance, procurement, and planning for hardware and software needs critical to student instruction and program management. For some of our districts, utilization of day-to-day troubleshooting maintains efficiency of technology operations.

SW Consortium works collaboratively with PSFA (Public School Facilities Authority) in the southwest region to bring better Internet connectivity and rates to the southwest region of the state through E-rate and state funding opportunities.
